Below are our Terms of Service for Virtual Face (the "Platform"), which govern your use of the Platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company or its providers and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Platform users may upload profile pictures. Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to upload the content.
By uploading pictures, users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them for product improvement.
The Platform cannot distribute or display user content without user consent.
Users can commercially reuse AI-generated images under the CreativeML Open RAIL-M license.
The Platform is provided "as is" with no representations or warranties by the Company regarding its operation or content. The Company is not responsible for any damages resulting from Platform use, including viruses or errors in content.
The Company and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The Company may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Platform (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms.
